The NEC NL6448BC33-54 LCD Module is a versatile and durable display, designed for industrial and embedded applications requiring reliable performance and long-term usability. With a 640×480 (VGA) resolution and a 76 PPI pixel density, it delivers clear and detailed visuals across its active area of 211.2(W)×158.4(H) mm. The clear, hard-coated (3H) surface enhances scratch resistance and durability, making it suitable for demanding environments.

This panel features a luminance of 220 cd/m² (Typ.) and a contrast ratio of 350:1 (Typ.), ensuring moderate brightness and adequate image clarity. The viewing angles of 45°/45°/30°/20° (CR≥10) provide functional visibility, making it best suited for direct-view applications. With a response time of 15ms (Tr) / 23ms (Td), the panel ensures smooth image transitions with minimal blurring in standard applications.

Supporting 262K colors with 40% NTSC coverage, the TN, Normally White, Transmissive operating mode ensures consistent color reproduction. The panel uses a CMOS (1-channel, 6-bit) 31-pin connector, operating at a refresh rate of 60Hz, providing stable data transmission and efficient performance.

Powered by a 3.3V/5.0V (Typ.) supply, this panel is energy-efficient and adaptable. The backlight system features 2 CCFL lamps, providing reliable illumination, though it requires an external driver for operation.
